Logistics Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound & Outbound Logistics**:

- Coordinate and manage daily shipments, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies for delivery scheduling.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipment documents and ensure accuracy.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage warehouse stock levels using inventory systems (e.g., SAP).
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- **Order Fulfilment**:

- Process and fulfil internal and external customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to meet delivery expectations.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare loading order and weighting order for production team
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in audits and ensure all logistics processes align with regulatory requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes for cost savings and efficiency.
- Assist in implementing new systems or procedures to enhance logistics operations.
- **Other Duties**:

- Support general administrative tasks related to the logistics department.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
