Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct professional street interviews with diverse participants about their employment experiences and career journeys
- Build rapport quickly with potential participants while maintaining research integrity
- Execute structured interviews following our research protocols and scripts
- Document responses accurately using our data collection tools
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all participant information
- Meet daily interview quotas while ensuring data quality
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve research methodologies

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish trust
- Confident and professional approach to initiating conversations with strangers
- Strong active listening skills and ability to probe thoughtfully for detailed responses
- Excellent attention to detail in data collection and documentation
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in public settings
- Flexible schedule including weekday availability
- Previous experience in market research, recruiting, or HR is beneficial but not required
