**Role Summary**:
The incumbent will provide Corporate Administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, as well as Corporate Secretarial support to the Board and Committee members of APSN Ltd. and APSN Education Services Ltd.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organise Board meetings, prepare meeting agenda, and take minutes of meeting for review and approval.
- Support the CEO by following up on the administrative actions as required/requested by the Board.
- Coordinate and organise event - e.g., Annual General Meeting (Pre & Post) and any adhoc meetings as requested by the Board.
- Prepare and submit documents with ACRA and other government agencies as and when required.
- Ensure timely reporting and submissions to regulatory authorities, and maintain proper statutory filings, ensuring statutory compliance with Companies Act and Charities Act and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update of statutory registers and records (Internal and external).
- Develop and implement good corporate secretarial practices, ensuring that the company comply with the relevant legislations and regulations including CorpPass and PDPA requirements and update all parties from time to time.
- Work with other departments with regards to secretarial documents preparation.
- Provide secretarial support to CEO.
- Other ad-hoc related duties as assigned by the CEO and/or Board.
**Qualifications and Other Requirements**:
- Possess Diploma in Corporate Administration or a Degree equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Charity Code of Governance preferred.
- At least 5 years of related work experience as corporate secretary.
- Experience in handling corporate secretarial works.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Use of technological resources to aid/improve work efficiencies.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
- Attentive to detail with a service-mindset.
- Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, multi-task, meet deadlines and work with mínimal supervision as well as under pressure.
- Independent & resourceful.
- Act with urgency.
