Project Title: Examining the adaptability of Singapore Physical Education teachers: A case for the future of teaching

In this programme of work, the research team would build on their previous research experiences and track records to i) examine how adaptable Singapore PE teachers are (Phase 1), ii) the factors that could impact the level of adaptability (e.g., perceived autonomy support, socio-demographic variables, resilience, and creativity) (Phase 1) and iii) if PE teachers with higher adaptability levels are more inclined to adopt innovative pedagogical practices (Phase 2).

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree- Experience in undertaking research pertaining to examining impact of intervention studies in the Singapore school context- Competent in data science and statistics- Competent in using R or Matlab- Experience in conducting surveys and focus group discussions- Responsible and hardworking

Responsibilities:
- Manage the research project- Data collection- Collecting, collating and analyzing data- Prepare reports and papers together with the Principal Investigator- Assist in general administrative support work- Any other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator
