- Prepare and process variation orders for changes to precast scope and quantities, ensuring accurate cost adjustments.
- Manage and track subcontract payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
- Prepare and submit progress claims for precast work, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Prepare and negotiate final accounts for precast work, ensuring complete settlement and payment.
- Prepare and manage claims for variations, delays, and other contractual issues related to precast work.
- Assist the Project Management in all contractual and costing matters related to precast concrete.
- All other adhoc duties as and when directed.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess Degree / Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
