**Join Our Team as a Social Media Manager**

**About Us**:
We are a vibrant art studio in Singapore dedicated to fostering creativity in children and adults. We provide a safe and inspiring space for artistic exploration through classes, workshops, and events. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate **Social Media Manager** to help us expand our reach and engage our community

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics) for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage content scheduling, posting, and community engagement across platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to showcase classes, workshops, events, and student artwork creatively.
- Monitor trends in the art and education industry and implement innovative ideas.
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
- Respond to messages, inquiries, and comments promptly to build relationships with our audience.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers for high-quality content production.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in social media management (preferably in the education, arts, or lifestyle industry).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Passion for art, education, and working with children is a plus
- Basic photography and videography skills are a bonus.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- social media management: 1 year (required)
- agency: 1 year (preferred)
