As announced in the Trading Department meeting, Belvedere is expanding its presence to the APAC region. This decision will allow for a dedicated office location to trade the US core night desk products and Digital Assets with easier access to Asia/European market hours.

We are currently seeking 1-2 experienced Options Traders to spearhead the expansion of the Singapore office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and operate trading strategies while helping shape the growth of Belvedere internationally. As always, our traders work in a team environment and collaborate with software engineers and quantitative researchers to ensure optimal performance.

**What You'll Do**:

- Help build out the Singapore trading presence while managing risk and capturing trading opportunities for all of Belvedere’s core market-making desks
- Communicate with Position Managers on positional goals and execute trades
- Be responsible for both Vol Management and Electronic/Voice Trading Execution
- Gain meaningful experience in position management and automated trading systems
- Learn to make independent decisions during an active marketplace
- Accelerate grasp of all position management tools that are necessary for advancement to high-level roles at the firm
- Research and explore new markets trading opportunities and strategies
- Act as company ambassador for the local industry as needed

**What You’ll Need**:

- All experience levels in trading and hybrid traders will be considered
- Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate with teammates based in the Chicago office and provide guidance for other trading desks
- Willingness to participate in interviews for local talent or liaison for new hire onboarding needs

**What The Transition Looks Like**:

- Relocation support will be provided during the transition period (please expect a quarter turnaround time)
- Additional information may be requested by Compliance/Legal/People to process visas, licenses, and other local regulatory requirements
- Compensation and bonus potential will vary based on experience level and individual performance
