**Role and responsibilities**

Provide administrative support in all aspects of clinic operations and patient care including reception and registration, queue management, dispensing medications, invoicing and collection of payment, making appointment for referrals, handling phone calls and enquiries.

Support doctor for clinic procedures and chaperone.

Perform clinic procedures such as ECG and inhaler therapy.

Facilitiate health screening such as taking height and weight, checking vision.

Ensure accurate and prompt claims submission to government agencies and insurance companies.

Monitoring of medication, consumables and equipment stocks.

Filing and documentation.

**Requirements**:
Conversant in English and 1 more language (Mandarin preferred).

Pleasant demeanour and good interpersonal and communication skills

Patient-focused

Team player

Adaptable

Keen to learn

Able to commit to some weekday nights and weekend shifts (including Sunday nights):
Weekday morning shift: 8.30am to 1pm

Weekday evening shift: 4pm to 8.30pm

Saturday shift: 8.30am to 1pm

Sunday shift: 5pm to 8.30pm

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
