**Summary**:
We are looking for an Asst. Project Manager to assist the PM in the completion of a communications project for our client. Our client is an esteemed university locally, targetting to complete the project in **4 months.
**Scope**:

- Support the project manager in overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant assets, data, and information necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information.
- Organise and maintain project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Help plan meetings, workshops, and presentations related to the project.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively propose solutions.
- Assist in reviewing reports and presentations that summarise findings and recommendations.
- Support in managing communication with vendor, ensuring alignment on project objectives and outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and insights for process enhancement.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or branding context.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
