Excavator Driver

**Job Scope:
1. Operate excavator in a safe and proper manner;
2. Operate excavator for woodchips operation;
3. Perform routine cleaning, safety checks of excavator;
4. Receive and process incoming wood waste material (shredding, store);
5. Ensure proper maintenance of excavator; and

6. Take on any adhoc and other tasks as when required.

**Job Requirements:
1. Possess a valid hydraulic excavator Licence;
2. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience;
3. Must know how to drive and operate excavator;
4. Good driving records;
5. Simple verbal and written communication skills;
7. Knowledge in maintaining and servicing excavator;
8. Must willing to work outdoor and in dusty environment;
9. Must be willing to do overtime as and when required;
10. Undertake any adhoc duties that may be assigned; and

11. Must be a team player and help out among team and department.

**Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Drive carefully and safely at all times;
2. Monitor and notify maintenance period, report damages to superior and send for servicing or repair;
3. Strictly follow shop floor safety practices and good house-keeping;
4. Report any unusual or abnormal excavator operations;
5. Able to follow instructions from Supervisor on wood shredding;
6. Perform daily checking and cleaning of the excavator;
7. Take good care of company excavator and property; and

8. Ensure all licences are valid throughout employment.
