Job Overview

Perform the role as Retail Sales Associate to handle sales transaction, enrollment and other customer service duties.

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet customers
- Perform cashiering duties with accuracy.
- Handle and process sales exchange and returns
- Handle enrolment duties.
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping
- Involve in in-house store product demonstrations.
- Demonstrate and explain product quality
- Performs any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum GCE 'N' Level.
- Able to work retail hours
- Relevant experience in customer service and cashiering experience is preferred.
- Proactive and independent

Other Information:

- Working location: City Square Mall
- Working hours from 11.30am to 9pm (Mon-Fri) & 11.30am to 6pm (Sat)
- Off on Sundays and Public Holidays
- Training and uniforms will be provided

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
