**Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Maintenance Manager in identifying and assessing workplace risks, ensuring potential hazards are recognized and effectively mitigated.
- Identify unsafe acts and practices and take prompt corrective action to eliminate unsafe conditions and promote a safe working environment.
- Conduct periodic cross-site WSH inspections and ensure strict compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Safety Acts and prevailing regulations.
- Maintain and regularly update all required documentation, permits, and records related to workplace safety, health, and environmental controls, in accordance with authority and company requirements.
- Prepare, review, and update risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend reasonably practicable measures to control or eliminate risks to As Low as Reasonably Practicable
- Organize and conduct safety training programs and awareness sessions for employees across all levels to foster a culture of safety and compliance.
- Investigate all incidents, including accidents and near-misses, to determine root causes, recommend preventive measures, and prepare comprehensive incident reports for management review.
- Carry out any Ad-Hoc duties or responsibilities as directed by the Management.

**Requirements**:
Advance certificate in Workplace Safety & Health or relevant field.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in workplace safety and health, preferably in an industrial, construction, or airport environment.

Familiar with regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health, and all other aspects of safety

Possess a high level of the initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, reporting, presentations, and data analysis purposes.
