Roles & Responsibilities

**Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer**

Location: 86 Kaki Bukit Industrial Terrace, Singapore 416166

Working Days: 5 day work week, Monday - Friday

Working hours : 8.30am to 6pm, 5 day work week.

Salary : S$4000-S$4500 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage & review detailed Engineering design of Electrical Instrumentation and Control System such as developing Electrical P&ID, Electrical package specification, logic diagrams, control narratives.
- Design and review electrical instrument list, SLD drawing, equipment datasheet/ specification, control panels, process functional description, IO signal list, cable list, cable routing etc.
- Liaise with Customer on the Control System Requirement
- Design and FAT Commissioning of the Electrical & Software in Customers’ Facility.
- Provide technical support for SCADA implementation, HMI system and PLC program update e.g. Siemens S7, Allen Bradley etc.
- Assist Project Manager to coordinate, monitor and control in accordance to project execution, schedule, cost and scope baselines.
- Work on assigned project tasks independently with engineering team, project owner and sub-contractors/ suppliers.
- Attend site meetings to establish clear visibility on daily scope of work.
- Ensuring Quality standards, and all Health & Safety requirements are adhered to client & company policy.
- Coordinate with lower tier subcontractors & suppliers in order to meet on-time delivery, optimum cost, quality and safety performance.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Control Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical & instrumentation component specification and component sourcing.
- Able to read, understand and develop control panel drawings, electrical P&ID and isometric drawings. - Proficient in basic SCADA WinCC and PLC software implementation & update e.g. Siemen S7, TIA Portal will be advantageous.
- Driven, responsible and matured team player with positive work attitude. - Good interpersonal, communication (verbal/ written) skills and organizational skills
