- We have a requirement for a C&S BIM Designer for our PM Group Singapore Office. For this role, we need this incumbent to prepare C&S conceptual drawing using Revit.

:
**Your day-to-day role would involve the following activities**:

- Developing Technical Specifications in compliance with Client requirements
- Review design layouts to find and resolve problems involving compatibility with basic design concepts.
- Interfacing with clients, vendors, client project management and other disciplines ensuring the highest level of service is provided
- Interfacing with client design team/end users
- Delivery of agreed design scope within budget hours and schedule
:

- NiTEC or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or similar
- 2-3 years of prior experience in design are highly preferred
- Keen in design experience within the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical sectors
- Proficient in Revit
- Good communication skills
