**Key responsibilities**
- Provide advisory services across all mutual funds and ETFs to Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors and End Clients
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of investment funds and ETFs. Manage the life cycle and product development process of investment funds and ETFs from evaluation, approval to implementation product launch with appropriate due diligence and documentation. This includes new product ideas and bespoke. Negotiation and coordination with legal, compliance and risks is essential.
- Working closely with internal and external providers to select best in class funds and develop relevant tailored investment solutions for clients and Relationship Managers.
- Focus on delivering the appropriate products and provide customized contents and user friendly tools for marketing purposes, to proactively promote investment funds and ETFs in an efficient and timely manner in line with our house view.
- Provide relevant training and engage with Relationship Managers to proactively build strong partnerships with them as well as the Investment Counsellors to promote and support the distribution of investment funds and ETFs
- To attend and contribute at meetings and working groups, and provide the necessary investment solutions for funds and discretionary mandates
- Preparation of Excel spreadsheets and Powerpoint presentations and analysis to support investment funds and discretionary mandates
