**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for on-site troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of advanced dialysis equipment and renal care products, including HD/HDF machines, CRRT machines, and Water Treatment plants for Dialysis.
- Provide comprehensive service support and maintenance to end users, ensuring optimal performance of our products. - Participate in all service activities, including being on standby when necessary, to address urgent customer needs. - Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime, being on call 24/7, and covering holidays when required to ensure uninterrupted service. - Monitor and manage assigned service jobs (maintenance) each month, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, effectively resolving any escalated issues or complaints.
- Accurately document service activities in the service delivery system and ensure all related paperwork is submitted promptly.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales and clinical professionals, to deliver a seamless service experience to our customers. Required Qualification, Skillsets, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both customers and colleagues.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric approach, demonstrating a commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Fresh graduates with a technical background and a passion for healthcare are encouraged to apply
