IT Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and Understand Wealth Management Businesses.
- Distinguish between B2B and B2C Channels through active engagement of stakeholders in terms of data structure and business demands.
- Understand and able to trouble shoot the existing UiPath workflow/orchestrator already created and used in the team.
- Prepare UiPath/other complement technology trainings on regular basis (biweekly) to equip the team with the relevant UiPath knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Actively support Team and relevant stakeholders technology (UiPath, Python, SQL, ChatGPT and etc) learning journey.
- Discover, Create and Implement RPA processes to automate the team’s routine processes.

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate or strong knowledge in UiPath and Python, strong in MS office especially Excel, Power Query and other prevalent technologies for process automation.
- Good command of English and strong in communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to share or teach Team and relevant stakeholders on the mastery of new technological skills and knowledge.
- A recognized diploma/degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance
- Certifications in CFMAS modules 1A, 5, 6, and 8 will be an added advantage
- Independent and able to accomplish tasks with little guidance
- Well-organised and meticulous
