We are looking for a General Manager as the primary strategic business leader for our Client with responsibility for all aspects of the operations, financial performance, sales and revenue generation of the business.
To be successful in this role; it would be preferably if you have the experience in the followings:
- Currently or previously in a leadership role for an organisation of more than 30 headcounts.
- More than 10 years of experience with mínimally 5 years in Management capacity/ leadership position
- Led transformation across various departments in unison of an aligned objective in maximising profitability
- Drive necessary changes on the ground to ensure productivity and efficiency and involved in M&A transformation
- Accountable for the overall development of company's strategic execution and professional development of employees
- Provide leadership and solutions to the management team
- Ensure that company policies and guidelines are communicated and followed by employees
- Demonstrated your role as a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping people develop and be productive.
- Initiated growth in the business and responsible for the company's P&L
**Requirements**:
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, dynamic, self-starter to drive the business from end-to-end, working with and through teams from different functions
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity (either in Automotive/ InsureTech/ Insurance/ Manpower
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Good analytical, communication and time management skills
- Understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Meticulous, organized and possess initiative
- Experience from related industry is a bonus
