Operations Officer

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Air Freight Operations Officer** to manage daily import and export shipments and ensure seamless coordination with clients, airlines and customs authorities.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor incoming air freight shipments or execute export shipments.
- Prepare and process import/export documentation (e.g. airway bills, invoices, customs forms).
- Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs officers to ensure timely cargo clearance and lodge in.
- Update shipment status in internal systems and handle customer inquiries
- Resolve operational issues and support process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in air freight import operations
- Familiar with freight systems and import procedures
- Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
