**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble a variety of mechanical components for production, including intricate wiring for harnesses and cable assemblies.
- Follow instructions from drawings, tickets, or verbal guidance to modify or assemble production parts.
- Use hand tools and machinery such as power screwdrivers, rulers, soldering irons, heat guns, and wire strippers.
- Ensure parts are clean before use.
- Recognize wires based on colour codes.
- Help in launching new products.
- Assist with inventory counts and management using established procedures.
- Collaborate in team initiatives for improvement and maintain good relationships with colleagues.
- Have a deep understanding of the machines and methods used in this and similar industries.
- Achieve daily goals for production volume and quality.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by your supervisor.
