As a Social Media Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for the social media accounts from beginning to end and ensuring these are efficiently executed with positive results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist your Manager and the team in planning and implementing social media campaigns, and prepare the detailed campaign launch flow-plan
- Come up with various strategies to engage our viewers from various social media channels that include Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok and more
- Leverage available planning tools and work with different social media agencies
- Manage a team to ensure the day-to-day operations, project updates and various campaign reports on regional/global levels
- Write copy, schedule deadlines, communicate with various stakeholders and carry out other supervisory responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research as well as competitor analyses
- Understand the company, its products and customer base of the various countries in order to create effective social media marketing campaigns to eventually meet set out KPIs
- Ensure all social media assets are on-brand and aligned with the global social media strategy
- Coordinate with the respective sales department and regional teams to support them in their various campaigns

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 years’ of social media marketing experience
- Knowledge of best practices of the various social media channels (paid and organic)
- Experience in creating social media strategies
- Meticulous and able to organise and prioritise tasks and work under tight timelines
- Resilient to change and willing to keen to learn new skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Ready to take up initiatives and ownership of projects
