Deckhand

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Oversees all board operations on the yacht, and support daily overall cleaning and maintenance not limited to deck only.
- Greasing and cleaning machinery.
- Moving heavy objects around.
- Using various ropes, knots and radio and navigational equipment.
- Assisting during emergencies and effectively using safety equipment.
- Performing general maintenance duties like painting, sweeping and mopping.
- Preparing cabins for crew or passengers.
- Serving food and drink to passengers.
- Need to help on any other part as required, especially with docking, getting underway and anchoring.
- Perform roles not only related to deckhand but any other related duties as assigned by the management and/or captain.
- Daily cleaning and maintenance not limited to deck only.
- Be flexible and willing to participate in other related works and provide support for other matters, such as coaching and fitness etc.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- We're looking for people with excellent interpersonal skills who can work both independently and as part of a team. Successful crew members must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. We expect careful attention to detail.
- Seaman book and related license requested.
- Our crew members will work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays (6-day work week, off day on weekday).
- Minimum High School Diploma preferred, with basic Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and working with smart devices including laptop, smart TV, iPad, etc.
- Previous deckhand experience, preferably work in super yacht around 38 meter.
- Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask; be honest, dependable, and forthright.
- Fluent English is requested;
- With local driver license is advance.

**Other Information**

It may be necessary that each Employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other Employees are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
