**Job Title - Admission Counsellor**
**Occupation - Executive**
**Job Description & Requirement:
- **
- Maximise student enrolments to meet student recruitment targets and achieve the key performance indicators
- Understand the education level, commitments, and motivations of prospective students/parents and provide advice and consultation regarding curriculum
- Advising Students/ Parents on curricular choices, as needed, and works with students to understand college admissions for different educational systems, especially aspects unique to them
- Understand consumer’s behaviour and the factors affecting buying decisions through regular competitor
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of competitors
- Adhere to compliances and processes, while ensuring documentation is properly maintained
- Participate in available educational conferences and seminars to obtain knowledge of new competitors’ product and new initiatives.
- Maintain good service relationship with existing parents and establish new contacts/referrals and recruitment leads to achieve recruitment target
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with various stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational ability and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in school counselling and understanding of admissions for educational systems
- Understanding of International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge and CBSE preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skill
- Ability to respond effectively to the needs of a diverse and demanding parent population
**Work Schedule**
Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday - 9:00am - 1:00pm
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
