**In this role,**

You will be responsible for the data analytics and system end-to-end process within the Supply Chain Management (SCM). You will manage the data structure and architecture in SCM and develop the dashboards for management reporting. You will be the point of contact for all data requests pertaining to SCM and spearhead the system enhancements and projects in SCM by collaborating closely with IT and business stakeholders. You will also need to undertake additional scope of projects/tasks related to data & system as specified by the supervisor.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee and maintain the data structure/dictionary and architecture within SCM
- Develop dashboards for daily performance monitoring and for management reporting
- Customised reports for business stakeholders
- Create the powerpoint deck for management reporting
- Responsible for the SCM budget and expense management/monitoring (monthly & annual)
- Spearhead the systems and end-to-end process in SCM, with proper documentations (e.g Visio process flow, systems architecture drawings) in central repository (e.g sharepoint)
- Create and maintain the sharepoint for SCM; publish the SCM process flows, documentations, guidelines etc
- Work closely with IT and Business stakeholders (Product Teams, Sales & Finance) for all system improvements (via Change requests or projects); prepare the user stories, business requirement specs, involve in user acceptance test (UAT) and work with IT for timely delivery
- Drive the change management (e.g training the affected Busines stakeholders on the changes, prepare training document)
- Undertake additional scope of projects/tasks related to data & system as specified by the supervisor.

**Is this you?**
- Degree in Business, Data Analytics or similar discipline
- Experience in Data Analytics, process improvement, system analysts
- Familiar with logistics processes
- Advance knowledge in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficiency in Data Analytics & Tableau skill
- Knowledge in SAP
- Has an affinity with numbers and pays great attention to details and accuracy
