- Lead and manage the Healthcare & Lifesciences recruitment practice, ensuring alignment with the Kairos Global Search’s strategic vision.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand the Healthcare & Lifesciences practice in Singapore.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the Healthcare & Lifesciences sectors.
- Act as a senior advisor, providing market insights and strategic hiring solutions tailored to client needs.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruitment consultants to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous development within the team.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Healthcare & Lifesciences sectors.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in recruitment, with a strong focus on Healthcare & Lifesciences sectors.
- Extensive experience in leading recruitment teams and delivering successful client outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare & Lifesciences markets in Singapore, including emerging trends and talent dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with a results-driven approach.Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
