We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Product Management to join our Middle Office Product team in APAC. This role is located in Singapore (Hybrid).

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Leadership role for the APAC Middle Office Solutions business, by supporting the client facing teams and working closely with global stakeholders to align priorities
- Be the accountable executive from the business, for delivery of transformational initiatives in the region, facing off to senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Manage relationships with third parties and dependencies in complex transformational initiatives.
- You will chair and represent business steering committees in relation to key initiatives
- Oversee the business target operating model, working closely with clients
- From a business perspective deliver the future state model ensuring it is scalable and efficient for all clients; ensuring a commercials lens to the delivery
- Have a client-centric view and realise benefits and improvements set out in the target operating mode
- Obtain sign off for requirements from stakeholders (product owners, operations, engineering)
- Provide technical guidance to less experienced colleagues as needed. Lead others on project teams and assist management to operationalize functional or business objectives

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Practical experience of Middle Office Solutions, specifically around Trade Management Services, Investment Accounting and Derivatives inclusive of dependencies on upstream / third party processes and data
- 12+ years’ experience of the investment management business preferred
- Client facing skills and demonstrated ability to lead and influence partners at all levels of the firm, clients, and other third parties
- Experience in Product Management, operations, or client management preferred.
