We’re looking for a **UX Design Lead **who will stand up for our customers and ensure that our products continue to positively transform lives.

**You Want To**
- Transform a variety of complex requirements into an easy-to-use solution that provides a world-class experience for customers across 23 countries.
- You will own the UX design process from start to finish.
- Dig deep into our customers’ minds to understand what makes them tick, discover areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Explore, design, test, learn, improve, repeat.
- Develop wireframes and basic prototypes and then work alongside UI designers to ensure your vision is brought to life in an intuitive and easy-to-use way.
- Constantly review all products to understand how they should be improved from a process flow or UI aspect to deliver a consistent world-class experience for customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest user behaviour research and design trends.

**You have**
- Experience in UX design or relevant degree
- Logical and process driven. You are able to take complex situations and simplify them
- keeping only what is important.
- Attention to detail
- Curious with a strong desire to keep learning
- Knowledge of Sketch and InVision a plus
