Dynatrace Consultant

**Responsibilities**:

- Part of the Emerging Technology department providing consulting solutions on APM (Application Performance monitoring)
- Focused on implementing and ensuring successful adoption of AIOps Technologies such as **Dynatrace**:

- Solutions scope may expand to other Application Development technologies and MetaVerse as part of Emerging Technology
- Consult with customers to understand their business and technical goals
- Work closely with sales to lead pre-sales engagement with customers by providing demos and technical due diligence
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Dynatrace products in Production, Test, and Development environments
- Provide training/enablement sessions to customers
- Support the Day 2 resources where required

**Qualifications**
- IT or Computer Science related Diploma / Degree
- 5-10 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of Unix and Windows platforms
- Understanding of code
- Inherent and proven problem-solving nature, with an engaged, self-motivated, can-do attitude
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization via charts and dashboards, including appropriate use of granular and aggregate data
- Excellent presentation skills and an ability to adapt to the audience “on the fly”
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Excitement and eagerness to learn new technologies

**Good to Have**:

- Dynatrace Associate or Professional certified

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
