Rice Polishing Technician

Makoto-Ya is looking for a **Rice Polishing Technician** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating rice polishing equipment to process premium **Japanese brown rice** into polished white rice, ensuring high-quality standards before packaging for distribution. **On-the-job training will be provided**, so no prior experience is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain rice polishing machines to achieve the desired rice texture and quality.
- Monitor the polishing process, making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency.
- Inspect, sort, and pack polished rice according to company standards.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of rice for distribution.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any technical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the rice processing area.
- Adhere to food safety and quality control guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience needed - **training will be provided**.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks (e.g., lifting rice bags).
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining quality standards.
- Willing to learn and work in a hands-on production environment.
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations.

- Monday to Friday
