About the Team
Nuverse is a game development and publishing brand for players and developers around the world. With the mission of "Inspire Creativity, Enrich Life ", we are dedicated to serving gamers worldwide, helping gamers play and create together in amazing virtual worlds.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the creator operation of the UGC game platform, including creator acquisition, creator cultivation, creator campaign, etc;
2. Formulate the creator operation plan of the UGC game platform, and cooperate across departments to promote the implementation of the plan;
3. Analyze product data and collect creator feedback, and iterate creator operation strategies.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor degree or above, Computer science major plus;
2. At least 2 years of experience in the operation of creators of UGC game products, or familiar with Unity creation and interested in the direction of UGC;
3. Good organizational communication and presentation skills, strong sense of teamwork, and resilience in doing things.
