Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain system documentation, including policies, procedures, and user manuals.
- Identify opportunities to improve Workday system and processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Drive HR technology projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders such as HR, IT, and vendors to implement and support HR technology initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and identify and resolve issues as needed.
- Manage system security and access, including creating and modifying user accounts and permissions.
- Stay up-to-date with HR technology trends and best practices. Assess new Workday functionalities and implement new functionalities to improve efficiency, controls and services to Business Units and Corporate Services.
- Provide day-to-day HR systems technical support to end-users and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR technology or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Workday system, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
- Experience in Workday HCM, Time Off or Talent is desirable, but not a must.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
