**Responsibilities**:

- Support in data consolidation and reporting
- Attending to marketing-related requests and enquiries
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer care, addressing customer feedback, concerns, and CRM-related requests promptly
- Managing and growing our social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis
- Monitoring and analysing performance of marketing efforts using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, providing insights to inform marketing strategies
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- No work experience required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
