Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic, repair and dismantle of laptops, smart phones and desktop.
- Replacing laptop's keyboard, batteries, LED screen etc.
- Handling online sales order, upselling of products and services to the customers.
- Attend and follow up on customer queries.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Chinese language to attend to customers from China.
- 1-2 years of working experience in a computer repair shop.
- Retail working hours 10am - 8pm with 1 day off / week.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- computer repair shop working: 1 year (preferred)
- dismantle laptop, change keyboard and LED screen: 1 year (preferred)
