**Maintenance Officer**

**Working location: Kovan Campus**

**Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat 8.30am-5.30pm (alternate Sat only)**

**Salary range: $2200-2800 (commensurate with experience)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the maintenance and cleanliness of the campus by liaising closely with the cleaners/staff and thereafter deploying cleaners/maintenance staff to rectify problems in the campus
- Able to perform maintenance works such as fixing of door hinges, changing of light bulbs, hanging of posters, basic maintenance of aircon, furnitures etc
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in maintenance related duties
- Physical work required

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
