Extraordinary customer service skills, outstanding product knowledge, high makeup artistry expertise and strong commitment to achieving all retail sales targets are essential for this role.

**WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?**
- Promote products to travelling customers to achieve personal and counter sales targets
- Be the brand ambassador and educate the customer on the brand’s unique philosophies
- Provide excellent personalized services to customers
- Actively participate in store events and new product launches
- Work with team to drive and achieve personal and counter sales target
- Maintain basic housekeeping and daily counter operations
- Perform stock-taking duties and replenish inventory as and when required

**Qualifications**
- Passionate in makeup/fragrance/skincare
- Service-oriented and sales-driven
- Positive attitude, optimistic nature and eager to learn
- Well-groomed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment is desirable
- Fluency in English and preferably proficiency in a second language to communicate with international customers
- Open to working shift hours at Changi Airport
- Past experience in beauty, retail, hospitality, travel or any service-focus industries welcome
