- Have initiative to learn and positive attitude.
- Able to perform research and propose upcoming IT and AV techs/processes for implementation.
- Assist project managers to deliver IT and AV projects.

**Requirement**:

- Provide first level troubleshoot if IT and AV systems for training classes. Minimally able to handle user queries and seek help where required.
- Do regular stock take with IT and AV equipment together with existing support team.
- Have the confidence to perform data patching.
- Able to liaise with vendors to resolve system issues.
- Support daily maintenance and log monitoring, ensure the smooth day-to-day operations.
- Another ad-hoc task
