Temporary Accounts Assistant

Orchard, Singapore DNA Brands Co. Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
- Update accounts payable
- Process card refund to customer when needed
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded - Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

**Requirements & Skills**
- Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Economics or related field
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Office Sheet and familiarity with relevant accounting software (e.g. Zoho Book)
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Good with numbers and figures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Meticulous, takes initiative, and have good time management
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Salary**: $7.06 - $14.75 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
