Marketing acts as the forefront of our team, constantly pushing the boundaries for growth.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will directly take the lead in making significant decisions related to marketing, and play a huge role in growing our brands (both locally and overseas).

You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
- Accountable for driving activities and strategies to meet revenue target
- Directly manage the efficiency and ROI of our acquisition efficiency metrics (RoAS) and campaigns across marketing channels
- Craft and execute the roadmap of marketing campaigns across a short-term and long-term schedule
- Ensure optimal activity-tracking setups to fuel marketing optimization efforts
- Perform deep analysis, case studies and researches to identify new performance levers
- Work with the creative and content team to create assets that drive learning and RoAS
- Analyze KPIs related to marketing performance, media results, and promotional campaign results to forecast potential revenue tied to marketing efforts
- Identify growth opportunities and develop market entry criteria to size new market opportunities
- Work cross-functionally across departments (such as Product and Operations) to coordinate all processes needed to develop, implement, and execute effective strategies across all areas of marketing (paid, social, earned media)

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in the digital marketing field, preferably in the DTC e-Commerce space
- Directly managed budgets over $1 million. You have managed projects across different teams with clearly articulated quarterly and annual targets
- Proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Good sense of visual communication, conversion optimization and UX principles
