- Provide expert advice to clients on product offerings, answering questions and assisting with custom furniture layouts using AutoCAD as needed.
- Manage the end-to-end order process, coordinating with production and logistics, and ensuring accuracy in customized designs.
- Support the sales team by preparing and interpreting technical drawings or layouts in AutoCAD, aiding in presentations to clients for custom furniture solutions.
- Assist clients in visualizing how pieces fit within spaces by creating layout proposals or adjustments in AutoCAD, offering a tailored customer experience.
