What is your mission?

Investor Relations
- Develop content and key messages for quarterly reporting, including presentations, datasheets and other communication materials
- Organise and/or facilitate investor meetings, conferences, road shows, and results briefings.
- Provide analysis and research on share price performance as well as corporate developments
- Manage and enhance the IR website and factsheet
- Contribute to annual report content
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the team’s core documents, procedures and policies to promote best-practice investor relations
- Liaison with external agencies such as IR or PR agency as needed

Financial Analysis and Market Research
- Analysis of financial and operational performance, preparation of regular management reports
- Monitor and summarise analyst/industry/peers/news reports to keep management abreast of latest developments
- Competitor research and benchmarking on areas such as financial performance and competitive positioning

Planning, Administration and Database management
- Support the planning and execution of activities for the function. This includes annual budgeting, investor road shows co-ordination and other administrative duties
- Maintenance of meeting records, broker research, contact base and forward planning calendar
- Prepare briefing notes prior to meetings

Who are we looking for?

Education & Certifications
- Degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Communications or related discipline

Experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in investor relations, banking, finance, accounting or financial communications related roles

List of preferred knowledge, skills and abilities
- Financial literacy, financial analysis, communications, writing, strong presentation and communication skills.
