**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Function** - The incumbent will have to check the incoming Letter of Credits (LC) for its compatibility with the incoming LCs and ensure that the LCs are workable and viable.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To prepare LC draft as per contract and ensure compliance with internal requirements
- Check LC receive correspond to LC draft and provide amendment list if not in order
- Ensure LC receive is workable to add confirmation as per terms and conditions
- Timely monitor and follow up with counterparties on LC and amendment status
- Check B/L draft and draft certificate complied with LC before issuance
- Identify discrepancies and work with team member to revolve discrepancies
- Continuous improvement to work processes and operational efficiency
- Participate in projects and other initiatives when required
**Experience **- At least 8 years of experience in a similar job function, preferably in coal and coal products but definitively in bulk mineral international trade.

**Required knowledge -**
- Well verse and knowledgeable in Trade Finance Products
- Good understanding of UCP rules, ISBP and types of SWIFT messages.
- Meticulous and detailed oriented
- Pro-active and good team player, ability to communicate effectively with team
- Good understanding of pre and post shipment documents e.g. certificate of weight, quality, origin etc. members and counterparties

Soft skills - Person must be a team player as it will require to interact with cross functional teams across the company and its associates.

Language skill - Must be fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking),
