About the Role
- Responsible for portfolio management activities of Private Equity (PE) & Venture Capital (VC) portfolios of client mandates, which include assisting in due diligence and closing activities of PE & VC investments, monitoring investments in the portfolio and reporting of performance and developments in portfolio.
- Assist in the sourcing, assessment and recommendation of PE & VC investments.
- Manage portfolio activities of Private Equity portfolio, including assessment of new investments, conducting due diligence and closing activities (50%).
- Monitor, analyse and report existing PE investments’ performances and developments; make recommendations on any investment decisions needed to preserve and/or enhance value of investments. (30%)
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned in order to meet operational and/or other requirements (20%)
