Our customer pool is diverse, working with leading verticals like Gaming, Fintech, Retail, Food Delivery among others. We’re also exposed to a wide range of business models, like In-App Purchases, In-App Ads or Subscriptions and emerging Web3 models like Play-to-earn. Given such exposure and the opportunity that it presents, we deeply believe that investing in a global vertical and business model strategy, coupled with specific solution building and deployment will play a critical role in unlocking the next wave of growth for AppDev.
As the Global Specialists Lead, Apps Business, you will work directly with the global AppDev Sales Leadership team along with Strategy, Product, Marketing, and Technical Leads to help formulate AppDev’s approach to App verticals and business models. You’ll also work cross-functionally and across product areas (PAs) building external-facing solutions to accelerate vertical/business model growth and partnering with Sales and Regional Specialists to help customers test and scale those.

**Responsibilities**:
- Define AppDev’s Global Sales approach to vertical and business models, identifying status, key drivers, and opportunities.
- Work cross-region within Sales and cross-functionally with Global and Regional Specialists, Product, Marketing, gTech, OPG, Google Play, and other teams to build solutions, narratives and come up with key insights that address those drivers and opportunities. Define project/program aspirations and leading and lagging success indicators/key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Own and lead incubation and customer testing of these scalable initiatives while continuing to partner and refine with key stakeholders.
- Deploy solutions at scale among customers, working directly with end-customers. Measure qualitative and quantitative impact of customer wins.
- Become the expert and person to go for sales and cross-functional teams globally when it comes to specific vertical knowledge.
