The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of our bridal shop. This position involves collaborating with the marketing team to execute various promotional activities, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Bridefully Yours was established in 2019 to help our brides find the perfect gown that express their unique personality. We want them to enjoy great designs in a worry-free environment without the designer price-tags. Bridefully Yours is now one of the leading bridal companies in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities
**Content Creation**
- Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, website, and promotional materia
- Write product descriptions, blog posts, and other marketing collateral to highlight our bridal collections and services
- Coordinate with the team to capture and showcase new arrivals, trends, and behind-the-scenes content

**Social Media Management**
- Manage and update the bridal shop's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
- Create and schedule posts, respond to comments, and engage with the online bridal community
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels


**Event Planning**
- Support the planning and execution of bridal fairs, events and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for successful events

**Customer Engagement**
- Monitor customer feedback on social media and other platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to build positive relationships

**Market Research**
- Stay informed about bridal industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the shop's marketing strategy

- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Min. Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the bridal industry.
