**Responsibilities**:

- **Software support**:Troubleshoot software issues, perform system resets, data backups, and OS installations.
- **Provide customer service**:Advise customers on repair options, repair process, service timelines, and maintain a high standard of service.
- **Record keeping**:Maintain accurate records of repairs, service history, and inventory to support operational efficiency.
- **Maintain workspace**:Keep a clean, organized, and functional repair workstation.
- **Stay updated**:Continuously learn about new mobile technologies, repair techniques, and troubleshooting methods.

Skills and Qualifications
- **Technical proficiency**:Skilled in hardware and software troubleshooting for both Android and iOS devices.
