The role will be situated in a newly build fully automated production line factory in Bedok. Supported by current food safety team, the job scope for the role is listed below.
- Conduct R&D on products to improve shelf life and quality
- Handle ISO:22000, FSSC, Halal accreditation system with Food Safety Team
- Manage documentation for Food Safety and Compliance systems
- Conduct check on site for product packing quality
- Random pick and test in internal lab
- Conduct cleanliness check on premises
- Daily inspection of premises to ensure site is in excellent condition.
