We are looking for an energetic, attentive service crew who is committed to providing a high-quality dining experience to our customers. The responsibilities include speaking with customers, taking drink and food orders, making recommendations, processing payments, and ensuring that customers’ needs are met and they have an excellent time. You should be a skilled multi-tasker with a passion for customer satisfaction and knowledge of alcoholic beverages. (But don't worry, training will be provided)
To succeed in this role, you should be friendly, proactive, and efficient. You should also be passionate about the food and drinks you serve and creating a fun, enjoyable experience for every customer. Service takes up 20% of the daily task, extremely straightforward and simple. The other 80% involves around social media management and content creation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform pre and post restaurant housekeeping chores
- Receive guests, provide recommendations and answer questions about food, beer and promotions
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Process payments
- Project a positive and professional image
- Solve problems and make decisions at operations level
**Requirements**:
- At least of legal drinking age
- No allergies to alcohol consumption, tasting of alcohol required
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Knowledge and experience in Social Media usage, trends and platform is highly advantageous
- Experience in cafe, bars though not a must, but advantageous
