This bank has a reputable brand. With their longstanding and leading presence in their field of expertise and service offerings to clients, they are seeking for Market Risk (Officer/Senior Officer) to be part of their risk team.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle market risk function in the bank
- Perform back testing
- Ensure accurate market risk and ECL reporting (Explain the trading/hedging positions)
- Prepare Profit and Loss (P/L) reports
- Analyse P/L variances
- Monitor and ensure that risk exposures of the bank is within stipulated limits
- Work closely with other business stakeholders
- Participate in risk related projects
- Any other adhoc duties
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
- Minimum 1 year of Market risk experience in the bank
- Knowledge in interest rate, equity and credit products
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel
- Highly analytical, diligent, focused and a team player
