- Location: Pioneer, Singapore- Reporting to: Regulatory Manager- As Junior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will work with the Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety department and contribute to ensuring compliance of Givaudan's fragrance ingredients and compounds with industry, governmental, and customer-specific regulations, and their safe use in different consumer products. You will work with a group of experts in regulatory affairs and manage activities such as:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide regulatory documents as part of the submission packet to customers
- Provide regulatory documents as part of the submission packet for custom clearance
- Provide support to other regulatory activities as per demand
- Liaise and communication with other RAPS functions
**Main Collaborators**
- Regulatory Affairs
- Product Safety (RICS CoE, CE CoE, CR, etc.)
- Other functions: Supply chain / customer care

- Mandatory proficiency in Japanese (reading, written, and oral proficiency) and English language
- Experience in chemical/consumer product regulatory affairs is preferred, but no experience talents are welcome too
- Experience in computer systems such as SAP and Microsoft Excel
