**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop, integrate, and review our frameworks and methodologies to support people with disabilities and employers
- Develop, implement, and review screening and assessments related to admission, vocational, and other business-needs related assessments
- Develop and implement internal training capabilities and systems for the team to better support people with disabilities in their independence and well-being
- Provide individual and group support or counselling sessions
- Develop and implement intervention strategies directly or through the team
- Maintain and ensure professional and ethical standards in the practice of psychology
**Who we are looking for**
- Has a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience as a Psychologist, Counsellor, or Therapist
- Has at least a degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Sciences, or a relevant field from an accredited university
- Registered with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS)
- Is strong in working and communicating with people
- Takes the initiative, can be independent, and positively influences your team and colleagues
- Is resourceful, result-driven, and can problem-solve
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
- Likes to learn and is able to learn on the job
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- Individual / group counseling: 5 years (preferred)
